Message:Paul,
Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge on your 348. I am in the process of buying a 1990 one, it is a salvage car, so I am trying to learn all I can before I buy it.

Message:how do I fix the seat belt thingy that runs along the side of each seat (along the sill) toward the front and then turns vertically? It looks (to me) like it is intended to release the occupants from the cross chest seat belt when the car stops and the engine is turned off, and, when the car is restarted,to return the cross-chest seat belt to its previous locked position on the sill. There appears to be a slot or track for the seat belt latch to travel in, but on my 348 spider, it does'nt ever move. Help!!

Message:Great site, i have been wavering on getting a 348 or a 355. i would be doing my own wrenching and i am currently leaning towards the 348, partly due to your site and instructions on how to perform various services on these cars.
Thanx keep up the good work!
